No respite for JCC Bank's ousted Chairman
Fresh complaints lodged, plans forceful entry

Jammu, June 16: The ousted JCCB Chairman Mohinder Singh after running from pillar to post has failed to restore his lost position. Further, administrator of the bank has lodged a complaint against him with the Trikuta Nagar police station apprehending that the ousted Chairman displaying his frustration would make his entry in the bank forcefully.
SHO Trikuta Nagar Chanchal Singh when contacted said that the newly appointed administrator of the bank apprised him of apprehension of forceful entry by the ousted Chairman of the bank with some of the board of directors whose powers were seized by the Government into the bank premises.
Meanwhile, highly placed sources informed that Mohinder Singh, though, handed over the two vehicles of the bank, but still enjoy 2 PSOs as security cover. Sources further said that a letter has been forwarded to the Police department by the Government for the withdrawal of the same. A senior police officer when contacted said that the same would be withdrawn soon.
The ousted Chairman Mohinder Singh , had also not received respite from High Court Jammu where he challenged the High Court, Srinagar's direction. The High Court Jammu directed him to file the objections to the High Court Srinagar as the same court had issued summon to file objection on June 13.
Worthwhile to mention here that black cloud started hovering over ousted Chairman of the JCCB namely Mohinder Singh after Government appointed Joint Registrar (Admn) Cooperative Societies, J&K namely Mufti Farid-ud-Din to look after the affairs of the bank after High Court, Srinagar restored the previous order No RCS/LS/566- 568 passed by the Registrar Cooperative Societies, J&K, Srinagar whereby he ceased the powers of Board of Directors of Jammu Central Cooperative Bank Limited Jammu. Earlier, Mohinder Singh managed stay order from the Judicial Member Jammu and Kashmir Special Tribunal, Jammu, challenging jurisdiction of Registrar Coop Societies.
The Registrar Cooperative took cognizance after a complaint was filed by Multipurpose Cooperative Society Muthi Rakwalan District Kathua through its President claiming that election has been conducted without prior knowledge of the society and without proper publicity. He further claimed that the election has been conducted by flouting all the norms. It was alleged that Mohinder Singh, bypassing all rules and act of the society, get the elections held in the four walls of his official chamber after he called his some of his confidential member societies and returning officer and declared himself elected.
