APSCC concerned over bombings on civilians in Gaza 7/22/2014 11:11:32 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, July 22: Expressing concern over the bombing of civilians in the Gaza strip by Israeli forces, the All Parties Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC) has asked the world community to step in and stop further killing of innocents in the area. In a statement, APSCC Chairman Jagmohan Singh Raina said that peace should be restored in the area at the earliest. He expressed concern over the silence maintained by the different countries and demanded that these countries should break their silence so that Israeli forces are reigned in. "It is the responsibility of United Nations Peace Keeping Force and Non-Aligned countries to strive for peace in Gaza. The peace keeping force needs to be strengthened and it should include members of the different countries of the world. The Western Block also needs to chip and play a positive role in the establishment of peace," said Raina. The APSCC Chairman said that Parliament should condemn the Israeli aggression tooth and nail so that some diplomatic pressure is build upon the Israeli government. Raina said that people of Kashmir are very much concerned as children and women are also being killed in the war like situation.
