| MLA, MLC inaugurate transformer at Charota | | | | Assar/Doda, July 25: Member Legislative Assembly from Ramban, Ashok Kumar and MLC, Shamlal Bhagat jointly inaugurated a 25KVa transformer at Upper Charota village in Doda tehsil today. The transformer established under the Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojna on the recommendation of Ashok Kumar at a cost of Rs.9 lakh would electrify about two dozen houses of this hamlet which is situated at one of the remotest corners and highest mountainous places in Doda tehsil. While addressing a delighted gathering there on the occasion MLA, Ashok and MLC, Bhagat expressed their satisfaction for helping the villagers by providing them the facility of electricity. |
