PDP opens office in Kishtwar, slams Government for anti people policies | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Aug 19: Ahead of upcoming State Assembly Elections Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today opened up its new office at Malipath Kishtwar. The new office was inaugurated by a poor lady Mahataba Begum hailing from Poochal area of Kishtwar District in presence of galaxy of PDP leaders and party activist. The elderly women who today inaugurated the new PDP office at Kishtwar, has been deprived from basic amenities by the present coalition government. The lady who is consider as poor of the poorest in Poochal area is even being deprived from the benefit of house under IAY by present dispension; while at the same time the benefits of this centrally sponsored scheme was given to non deserving people having good household income. The aim and objective of this inauguration by the hands of poor lady Mahataba Begum was to highlight the miseries of National Conference led coalition government against the poor people of the society. Several PDP leaders highlighted the achievements of PDP led government in three tenures of Chief Minister ship of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. They said that Kishtwar District lacks basic amenities in terms of education, health facilities, drinking water facilities, roads, electricity, communication and importantly lack of development in rural areas of the District. They also slammed the government for anti people policies and urged upon the people to strengthen the hands of party for bringing the change. Among the prominent who speak on this occasion include Firdous Tak, Umar Malik, Ishtaq Ahmed Waza, Sheikh Nasir Hussain, Joginder Mahajan, Ashok Kumar, Mushtaq Qazi, Noor Hussain Malik and others. |
