"Most of applicants have to come from far-flung areas of district Kathua like Billawar, Bani and Basohali and are prone to face harassments and the financial burden due to their frequent visits for attending trials, they lamented. "We requested the higher authorities to stop delay in 'driving trials' as this is giving an option to the corrupt elements to loot the aspirants, they added. While responding to media over the issue, the ARTO Kathua said that near about 25000 licenses cards are required to prepare at ARTO Kathua but against this huge number the higher authority just delivered the material for only 3000 cards and thus we have to opt the issuance of license with first come first serve basis. |
