Residents hold protest against PHE, PDD 8/22/2014 12:05:54 AM Early Times Report Kathua, Aug 21: Residents of Panchayat "Chan Rorian" held a protest demonstration against the PHE and PDD over power and water crisis here today. The local led by Naib Sarpanch KR Raina, alleged that the residents of the Panchayat have been facing the power and water crisis for long time. "The matter has already been brought into the notice of the PDD and PHE departments but no action is taken so far", Raina said, adding that the water and power crisis has become the routine problem due to which the entire life of the area being badly affected. The study of students in the absence of power and water greatly affected due to which the resentment among the people is increased to an explosive stage.
