Jammu, Aug 23 (JNF): A Lok Adalat held in the premises of Sadder Court Complex Srinagar under the supervision and control of Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Srinagar (Ppl District Judge Srinagar) Rashid Ali Dar and settled 258 cases out of 553 cases taken up today
During the hearings today on Saturday, the Lok Adalat settled 258 cases out of 553 cases taken up today and an amount of Rs 47, 07,250/- was awarded as compensation in various Motor Accident Claims.
It also recovered an amount of Rs 19,33000/-was in various bank cases and an amount of Rs 70,500/- was realized as fine in various petty criminal offences. |
