NPP reconstitutes Kathua District Committee 8/28/2014 12:58:58 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 27: Balwant Singh Mankotia, MLA, President-JKNPP, in consultation with Harsh Dev Singh, MLA, Chairman-JKNPP has reconstituted Kathua District Committee with immediate effect on the recommendation made by Yashpal Kundal, MLA & HC Jalmeria, Advocate (General Secretaries) and Observers for Kathua District. The Executive Committee of Kathua District as reconstituted R.S. Manjoo, Jagdev Khajuria, R.S. Dogra, Ajay Singh, Jagdev Singh Mian, Amit Sharma, Kuldip Sharma, Rajesh Kamal, Balbir Singh, Ram Dhan, Ravinder Billowria, Balwinder Jamwal, Gopal Sharma, Ashok Kumar, Vimla Devi, Chander Shekhar, Surender Kumar.
