Regularized ReT teachers transfer in violation of norms 8/29/2014 12:36:12 AM Rajouri, Aug 28 : In violation of government rules education department has transferred a regularized Rehber-e-Taleem (ReT) teacher despite the fact such teachers can't be transferred as per state government rules and regulations. Sources in the education department said that Chief Education Officer (CEO) vide his office order No CEOR/E-2/10516-17 dt August,22 has transferred one Arti Sharma ReT teacher from government primary school (GPS), Danti Panchwar to GMS at Dhangri both school falling under Bal Jaralan education zone. The teacher in question was regularised a year before and State High Court has recently stayed the State Government's new policy for transfers of ReT teachers after a petition was filed by regular teachers.
