Youth tries to commit rape on infant, arrested 8/29/2014 12:41:17 AM Early Times Report KATHUA, Aug 28: A youth allegedly made an attempt to rape a 3 year-old infant baby in industrial area here today.According to police sources, in a complaint lodged at Industrial area police station Hatli Morh by the parents of the victim, it was alleged that a person identified as Shanker, 35, resident of Bihar, who is working as a labourer in Varun Flour Mill in industrial area Kathua tried to molest their minor daughter.
