| HC directs SSB not to fill posts of teachers under RBA category | | | Jammu, Aug 29: High Court has restrained the Education Department and nodal recruitment authorities Service Selection Board (SSB) to fill two posts of teachers under RBA Category in Poonch district till the objections are filled by the concerned.
Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur while disposing of the plea of the deserving candidate observed this and directed to file objections regarding two posts of teacher in district cadre under RBA Category shall not be filled up till next date.
The direction came in the writ petition filled by aggrieved candidates of Poonch District over the selection of teachers by SSB under RBA Category in Poonch District the petitioner had pleaded that there were not considered inspite having higher BED ,MED qualification than those selected candidates Advocate Monika Kohli , Sonika Kohli appearing for the petitioner submitted that selected candidates having only 10+2 or graduate compare as to those were not considered by SSB. |
