Narinder expresses grief over demise of Balraj Puri 8/31/2014 11:44:07 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 31: Expressing his grief over the death of Balraj Puri, former Director Information Narinder Singh described him a doyen who inspired generations because of his selflessness and concern for the society. He recalled his association with him since sixties when he was Convener of All Jammu and Kashmir Students Organisation and the constitution of which was drafted by Balraj Puri himself. He said this association strengthened with the passage of time and remained live all these years and in the recent past, the veteran journalist had asked him to pen down his experiences with politicians, when he narrated a few anecdotes with leaders of various political parties in the State.
