People rue dilapidated condition of Samba-Kathua road 9/2/2014 12:01:06 AM Kathua, Sept 1: Locals of various villages of Hiranagar have rued dilapidated condition of old Samba-Kathua road. According to press release, the issue was raked up in the monthly meeting of Congress committee held at Hiranagar. They also raked up some issues including frequent and unscheduled power cuts by the PDD inability of Ground water division in repairing the non functional Deep Hand Pumps at various locations in Hiranagar assembly constituency. The meeting was presided over by Bishan Dass Sangra President Block Congress Committee Hiranagar. Addressing the public , Sangra assured the gathering the all of their genuine demand will be brought in the notice of the concerned department through Subash Chander Gupta Former Member Legislative Council and President District Congress Committee Kathua. He further added that Gupta is working very hard for solving the various problems for the betterment of people of Hiranagar assembly constituency.
