HC extends stay on Kishtwar teachers list by two weeks 9/2/2014 12:01:17 AM Kishtwar, Sept 1: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court bench Jammu headed by Justice D S Thakur today extended the stay of two more weeks in interim direction passed by the court on August 21, 2014 in a writ petition filled by few youths of Kishtwar alleging wide scale bungling with regard to the selection of general line teachers from District Kishtwar by JKSSRB. The decision of extending the stay by two weeks comes after council appeared for JKSSRB fail to file the reply to the objections raised by the petitioners through his council.
