Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 2: Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology (YCET), Jammu, organized a lecture on "Universal Spiritual Dharma". According to press release, the resource person was Swami Nityanand Giri, who came from Yogoda Satsanga society of India, Ranchi and is one of the seniormost monks of Yogoda Satsanga Society of India. Er. Vidhi S. Singh, Chairman, Jamwal Group of Educational Institutions (JGEI) welcomed Swamiji and said that the main aim of organizing such lecture is to enhance the self-confidence, goal setting, positive attitude, moral and ethical values among the students. Speaking on the occasion, Swamiji talked about the need of Universal Spiritual Dharma based on scientific approach in these modern complex and stressed society as envisaged in "Autobiography of a Yogi" written by Sri Paramhansa Yogananda. Er. Renu Bangroo, Managing Director, JGEI, Er. B.R. Verma, Dean, YCET, were also present on the occasion. Er. Rajnish Magotra, Assistant Professor, Civil Department, YCET, coordinated the programme. |
