FOIJ delegation hands over memorandum of demands to President 9/3/2014 1:09:31 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 2: A delegation of Federation of Industries Jammu (FOIJ) met President Pranab Mukherjee and submitted a memorandum of their demands. According to press release, the delegation under the chairmanship of Annil Suri met President of India and apprised him the current Industrial scenario and requested him to take up the issues related to Industrial Sector of Jammu & Kashmir with Prime Minister. In the memorandum, the FOIJ members have sought restoration of 100% refund of Central Excise Duty paid to the Industrial Units, 100 % Income Tax Exemption for Industrial Units, Prime Minister's Task Force on MSME recommendations, Applicability of Existing Industrial Package of Incentives to Existing Units, Compulsory Purchase by Central Govt.
