VDC member hangs self to death 9/3/2014 1:20:16 AM UDHAMPUR, Sept 2: A VDC member was found hanging in his house at Chapper in Latti area of Udhampur.According to police, VDC member Darshan Kumar (31) son of Amar nath of Chapper, was found hanging in his house under mysterious circumstances. Family member immediately called police.Police rushed the spot and took the body in their custody.
