16-year old girl raped 9/14/2014 10:59:54 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Sept 14: The parents of a young girl from village Mangloor tehsil Hiranagar had alleged of rape by two persons of village itself. The police after undergoing medical checkup of girl had registered a case in the matter. According to police sources, father of the victim filed a complaint at Hiranagar Police Station that on September 6, 2014 he had gone to Kathua to get the treatment of her wife. In between, two boys namely Shammi Kumar and Ashok Kumar of their village came to their home and after abducting her took to the nearby fields of maize. Trying to get rid of the duo, she raised an alarm following which their neighbor rushed to the spot. In the meanwhile, both the boys succeeded to flee from the scene. Expressing his views regarding the matter In-charge SHO of Hiranagar Police Station Sita Ram Sharma said that Police had registered a case in the matter under 376/311.
