BJP SC Morcha leaders tour flood affected areas, distribute relief

Jammu, Sept 14 : A team of BJP Anusuchit Jati Morcha led by its president Surinder Bhagat conducted a tour of flood affected areas of Bhour Camp, Raipur Satwari, Shanker Colony, Gangyal, Gorkha Nagar, Bharjala, Nikki Tawi and Pargwal areas and met the affected people and listened their problems. "It is completely the failure of Omar Abdullah lead National Conference government, who failed to take any action on time and now when the entire state have been suffering under the severe floods, he have been looking after the Centre government for more funds," said Bhagat. On the occasion he distributed 1000 bags of Atta alongwith other necessary material as relief among the floods affected people and assured them that he will take up their issues with the concerned authorities and will ask them to provide them the relief as soon as possible.While hitting -out at present coalition government, he said the good governance of the rulers had been exposed as they had failed in protecting life and property of the people. "They undertake aerial visits in helicopters surrounded by police and are afraid of facing the people", he added. Bhagat said BJP government at Centre is committed to set up a new system of justice and equality so that every individual and region and sub-region of the State would get equal opportunity of growth and development. Bhagat said that flood water has damaged everything including clothes, food and furniture of the people of these areas. Their houses have been damaged either completely or partially while about 3 to 4 feet silt has been accumulated in the houses; they have nothing to eat or drink, they added. He further asked the people to approach them their office at BJP office in Jammu, if they need any type of support. Among other present on the occasion included Chaman Lal, Kaka Ram, Prof Banarsi Dass, Capt Moti lal, Puran chand and PC Sangara all vice presidents, Adv Puran Chand, Baldev Raj, (General Secretaraies), Bal Krishan, Haridesh Kumar, Neeraj Jogi, Jevan Jyoti, Amit Kumar, Rajan Bhagat, BD Nayyar, Ajay Kumar, Gulshan Kumar and Raj Kumar (Secretaries) Chand Bala, Faquir Chand, Kasturi Lal, Ravi Kumar, Bansi lal Bharti, Lokesh Kumar and ND Rajwal.
