Kishtwar, Sept 16 : Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Mohd Javed Khan in coordination with Kishtwar based NGO today sent eight trucks loaded with essentials. According to official handout all kinds of essential commodities including baby food, 2000 Blankets, LPG cylinders, Kerosene oil, milk, medicine, water, rice, pulses and clothes sent via Sinthan top for flood affected valley. DDC Kishtwar has provided them all the required support including doctors. Earlier Kishtwar Sinthan road was restored in record time and so far the district administration has managed the safe rescue and travel of about 1130 flood hit victims of district Kishtwar, neighboring districts, Doda and Ramban and other parts of India. The relief Camps have been established at different places right from Kishtwar town to Sinthan top and the medical facilities at chatroo, Sinthan potato farm have been made available round the clock. The rescue task force teams comprised of several district officers headed by ACD Kishtwar, Yasir Zargar has been sent to Srinagar. Dispatching relief loaded vehicles and volunteer to Kashmir DDC Kishtwar Mohd Javed Khan assured on the behalf of district administration and people of Kishtwar and other NGOS to dispatch more and more relief consignments to the flood hit victims. |
