Jammu, Sept 17: The State Executive Council of Teachers Guild Jammu and Kashmir under the chairmanship of its President Nasir Ahmed Qurashi met Director School Education Jammu HR Pakhroo in his office chamber.
According to press release, the President of Teachers Guild was accompanied by Vijay Kumar Sharma, General Secretary of Teachers Guild, Varinder Kumar Vice President, Sardar Balbir Singh, Narayan Baru, Pawan Kumar and Joginder Singh.
The members of the Teachers Guild presented a document to the Director School Education Jammu containing aims, objectives, vision, mission and different cells of Teachers Guild.
A charter of demands was also presented to the Director School Education which includes immediate demand of imposition of ban on mid-session transfers.
The Director School Education Jammu assured the members of Teachers Guild to give time for threadbare discussion on the document and different cells of Teachers Guild within fortnight. |
