Jammu, Sept 18: To boost Khadi sector for youths, a display pavilion of Khadi for youth was organized at Government College of Women Parade.
As per press release, the programme was inaugurated by principal of the college Hemla Agarwal in presence of VS Bagul State Director KVIC.
In his address, VS Bagul said Khadi was a powerful weapon during the struggle for freedom Khadi and V.I. Commission, ministry of MSME Government of India is the oldest organization working for poor rural artisans and to provide employment to them and boost Khadi sector for youths, various programme are being organized in most of the colleges and university of Jammu.
He further said that prime objective to prioritized Khadi amongst youth is to provide gainful employment to unemployed youths, women, SC, ST, OBC and other economically backward classes. |
