HC grants 3-weeks time for filing response to status report  PIL regarding adequate facility to those displaced by Pak firing  9/20/2014 11:50:50 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 20 : In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) about adequate medicare, food and lodging to those displaced by the recent Pak firing on the International Border (IB), a high court division bench of Justice Virender Singh and Justice Dhiraj Singh granted 3-weeks for filing response to the status report of the government in this regard. The bench, after hearing the two sides, observed that the state had filed the status report but the response to it was yet to come. The court granted 3-week to the counsel to file the response.
