Medico held for teasing patient 9/23/2014 12:17:06 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 22: Following complain of a female patient visiting Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar, police today arrested a doctor who while examining the complainant had teased her (patient) and also had passed some lewd remarks against her. Police sources said that the complainant (whose name withheld) in her complaint has alleged that Dr GL Manhas (Gynecologist) who was under the influence of liquor not only raised many irrelevant questions and but also teased her.
