MD ID&I held in cheque fraud case worth Rs 9.5 Cr 9/23/2014 11:35:19 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 23 (JNF): Implementing the warrants of Court in cheque bounce to the tune of Rs 9.5 crores, today Channi-Himmat Police arrested RK Sharma, Managing Director of M/s Ishan Developers and Infrastructure (ID&I) Ltd. According to case R K Sharma, Managing Director of M/S Ishan Developers and Infrastructure Ltd had issued two cheques amounting to rupees five crores each and one cheques amounting to rupees 4.50 crores issued which were later dishonoured by bank authorities for insufficient funds in his account. During the course of time the matter was taken to the court and court has issued Non Bailable warrant against the accused and next date of hearing has been fixed on October 9. The said accused was not appearing in a case under section 138 of N/I Act (cheque bounce case) filed against him in the court of Special Mobile Magistrate Electricity Jammu on September 12, this year.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
