ETTDF congratulates Chain Singh 9/30/2014 10:39:48 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 30: President Erstwhile Tehsil Thathri Development Front (ETTDF), Kuldeep Kumar Rao, General Secretary, Om Raj Bhall and Senior Vice President Advocate Kanwarjeet Singh Thakur have congratulated Chain Singh of Chanser, Tehsil Gandoh (Bhallessa) District Doda for winning the bronze medal in Asian Games. They extended their heartiest congratulations to Chain Singh and his parents for the victory in the men's 50m rifle shooting at the Asian games.
