| Over dozen prominent activists join PDP | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 20: Over a dozen of prominent activists, including youth, today joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) here while exuding faith in the principles and ideology of the party leadership.
Senior leader PDP and Party candidate from Jammu West Sarv Daman Bhasin, while welcoming all these people to the party fold congratulated them on taking the decision to join PDP under the leadership of Mufti Mohammed Sayeed and Mehbooba Mufti .
Bhasin also exhorted them to start working for spreading the message of the party leadership amongst the masses at grass roots level. He urged them to work with dedication and ensure the victory of the PDP candidates in the coming Assembly elections.
Earlier all the new entrants reposed full faith in the leadership of Mufti Mohammad Sayed and Mehbooba Mufti and pledged that the party programmes and policies will be taken to the people in all the corners of Jammu City.
Among other prominent PDP leaders present on the occasion included Geeta Thakur, Punnet Jamwal, Vikas Bhatti and many others. |
