PAPA criticizes appointment of BOSE chairman 10/24/2014 11:59:23 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 24: People's Action & Public Accountability (PAPA) criticized the appointment of a tainted official as JKBOSE chairman. As per press release, members of the PAPA said that the appointment is definitely sufficient to measure the sincerity of Omar led state government towards extra suffocated and demoralized state residents worried about the academic carrier of their wards. They alleged that despite revelations of misdeeds within the BOSE, appointment of an official as chairman who is facing so many corruption related investigations of SVO has surprised the general public.
