Jammu, Oct 25: President of plus 2 lectures forum today criticized the appointment of Board of School Education chairman and said which is highly objectionable. According to press releasae, a meeting of all J&K plus 2 Lecturers' Forum was held in its central office at Jammu under the chairmanship of its President N.S. Jamwal. N.S Jamwal State President of the Forum said that the chairman and secretary of BOSE should be from School Education which is the long pending demand of Plus 2 cadre and once again govt. made appointment of BOSE chairman from Higher Education which is not acceptable to Plus 2 cadre. As higher education and school education are two different departments and also have different curriculum so that this assignment must be given to the concerned department for the proper functioning and development of the BOSE. Mr. Jamwal strongly stressed upon the Education authority to implement the RMSA structure at district level for the proper implementation of RMSA at grass root level. Others long pending demands of the forum are running frade, PB-3, non vocational status to the Principals, promotions and regularization of I/C lecturer, Principals, CEO's and JD's. Others who spoke on the occasion are Charan Dass, Tarsem Singh, Ashwani Sharma, Narinder Sharma, Deepak Sharma, Talib Hussain, N.A Malik, Romesh Sharma, K.R Sagar etc. |
