| Non-acceptance J&K Accession to India by Pak-invader- No Weight | | |

Pakistan is an aggressor country, invaded of Indian J&K State, committed mass-killings, blood-shed, and encroached upon the some part of the State, known world over, specially admitted by the UN Security Council also. The Pak-any measures and efforts to black out the ground facts would not change any impact on the legal status of the J&K State, because of its sovereignty flown to India in accordance with Indian Independence Act of 1947, is legal beyond the shadow of any doubt, and unchangeable. That Indian monolithic political right, which it has over it, cannot be reviewed in any circumstances. That is legal, irrevocable, and authentic constitutionally; therefore being an aggressor country; it is not expected from it to accept the day-light facts of legal accession of the State to India.
The efforts to convert its gold plated misleading propaganda into truth would not be lasting to achieve its multiplex desire, and not agree to the extent of its last breathe.
It would try to justify its whimsical and baseless stand either this or that way. So its denial the legal accession to India does not carry any weight. Pakistan has a birth right to commit any violation, transgression, intrusion, breach of trust, and create any disorder to disturb peace, generate destruction, Islamic terrorism, mis-use its religion for political cause by flexing its muscles. Therefore it is sinking day by day, continual of political uncertainty and explosive policies have crippled its economy and liquidated in social and moral obligations resulting in Muslim kills Muslim and the news of harassing and killings, abducting and conversion are appearing daily. In the condition where religious fanaticism is allowed to play for communal frenzy, no progress for the nation is possible. It should be taken in view by the Pak-rulers.
Pak should recognize the facts of the legal accession to India by looking into the said Act along with the spirit of British Crown Cabinet Mission Memorandum of 12th May 1946, which is not deny able by its spokesperson merely on the assertion without any facts, logics and arguments. On verbal grounds myth can never be nursed into truth. Therefore, its claim for right over the State is not possible in any way. India asserts its sovereignty over the State fearlessly and authentically in the world. It will protect its sovereignty at the cost of its blood by pushing to wall anyone who would dare to intrude for encroachment upon the Indian State territory and get back the grabbing territory peacefully. Ultimately, it will have to vacate the grabbing territory today or yesterday, which is pending dispute with it only. The sovereignty of the country cannot be encroached upon. It is a serious issue. Pakistan has already suffered a heavy loss by initiating full-fledged 4-convential wars, wherein it defeated every time and suffered a humiliation internationally. So much so, it lost its East Pakistan which degraded it very badly and reduced reputation in the international arena.
Pakistan is a greedy country. It has grabbed the sovereignty of Kalat State situated in Baluchistan by using coercive methods. The Ruler of the State was encircled by the top-ranking ruling-leaders headed by Jinnah, President Muslim League was brutally forced with pistil point to sign on documents to annex his State to Pakistan, who helplessly singed on the documents which were already prepared for that purpose. With the result of that, there horrific and devastative revolt was erupted against Pakistan, which is lying in international arena. There violent agitation is still continuing.
After partition of British India, the sovereignty of Kalat State which British Crown had according to the treaty, reverted to him. At that time, Muslim League President M A Jinnah had desire for the accession of that State to Pakistan. The ruler was ready to accede his State to Pakistan under the same conditions of the treaty which he had made with British Crown, but Jinnah was adamant to merge his State on his own terms and conditions, which he did not agree. Afterwards, he was invited Karahi intriguingly, and encircled him by Pak-ruling leaders headed by Jinnah to sign on merger documents to Pakistan with pistil point. Thus Pakistan annexed Kalat State forcibly with crude techniques, resulting in eruption of revolt against Pakistan, which is still continuing. In the light of that forcible annexation, the question is lying in international arena. To divert the public attention, it raised the J&K State issue and started misleading propaganda against India to restore the confidence of the people by provoking their sentiments in the name of religion. Thus it since then is busy for resorting in blame game to hit India. |
