Give mandate to Davinder Lal: Supporters to PDP high command 10/31/2014 12:08:26 AM Early Times Report Kathua, Oct 30: The supporters Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have urged the Party high authority to give mandate to Davinder Lal from Hiranagar constituency in upcoming J&K assembly elections. Addressing media persons, Ashok Kumar a supporter of Davinder Lal and Mohan Lal said Davinder could play a key role in achieving in upcoming elections because of his deep rooted grip and understanding masses of the Hiranagar.
