Katra, Oct 31: A minor girl, student of class 9th, identified as Rajani Rajput D/o Sewa Singh R/o Katra was brutally beaten up by one Iftqar Salaria, his wife and his gang. The incident happened at 3pm at Hotel Durga Residency Katra, when the victim allegedly without permission entered Durga Residency hotel and stole Rs. 6500 from the reception of hotel. She was allegedly beaten up by Hotel Manager Rajeev and daughter of the owner of hotel. Soon after the girl fell down unconcious and was shifted to C.H.C katra for medical treatment. The doctors examined her and after first aid, B.M.O Dr. Gopal Dutt personally examined girl and referred her to Jammu for further treatment. Meanwhile, FIR has been registered and Katra police started investigation. |
