Demonstrating its values for secularism, BJP holds Hindu-Muslim youth meet

Kishtwar, Oct 31: In order to garner the support of youths of Kishtwar District and to bridge the gap between the youths of the two community viz. Hindu-Muslim, Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) Kishtwar unit under the leadership of in charge Muslim Morcha Kishtwar Syed Ahmed Shah organized a Youth meet at Kishtwar in which large number of youths from both communities participated.
Senior party leader from Kishtwar Sunil Sharma and other senior leaders were also present on this occasion to epitomize the secular values of party in which PDP Youth General Secretary Saleem Waza along with his over two dozen supporters also joined the BJP.
In his address senior BJP Leader of Kishtwar Sunil Sharma said that youths are the energy of the nations development but political parties like NC, Congress and PDP always played mischievous with the youths of the district by way of making false promises. He said, "youths of the state are worst victims NC-Congress government in the state as 450% rate of unemployment increased in the state in last six years of Omar led government. Cautioning the youths against religion based politics, he urged upon the youths not to fall prey to the politics of divide and rule.' Later he interacted with the youths present in meeting and the new entrants in party folds.
Welcoming the new entrants, in charge Muslim Morcha BJP, Syed Ahmed Shah said that some vested interest politicians in Kishtwar are hell bent to create gap between the youths of the two communities. Syed Shah urged upon the youths of both the communities to remain united and make the future of Kishtwar, state and country all together.
PDP Youth General Secretary for Kishtwar District Saleem Waza who along with his large nuber of supporters joined the BJP in his address criticized PDP and alleged party following NC's footprints in Kishtwar. He assured the party leadership that he will work hard for ensuring victory of BJP candidate from Kishtwar.
Among the prominent who today joined BJP at Kishtwar include Sameer Ganie, Tariq Hussain, Yasir Hussain, Saddam Hussain, Prashant Singh, Muddasir Ahmed, Jalil Ahmed and others. Similar joining functions was also held at Tund, Galigard and Dasilgwari where several people join the BJP
