JAMMU, Oct 31: State president of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Thakur Randhir Singh today handed over nomination papers to State Secretary NCP Bhori Singh, who has been nominated candidate from Bhaderwah Assembly constituency. Thakur Randhir Singh was authorized by the NCP central office, Delhi to sign Form B in connection with the forthcoming elections in Jammu and Kashmir. In a statement, Singh said that state NCP election committee has started issuing authority letters from today to the candidates who are filing nominations papers in the first and second phase , all necessary documents authorizing him to sign by the high command have been received from the central office of the NCP. State NCP has selected 15 young, dedicated, secular and highly qualified leaders of the party, half are from Jammu province and half are from Kashmir valley to fight the forthcoming assembly elections. |
