Jammu, Oct 31: Judicial Magistrate Billawar Pooja Gupta today convicted and an accused namely Raj Kumar in case FIR No 101/2009 u/s 304-A for an imprisonment for one years and fine Rs 3000/- According to the case that on September 17, 2009 an information was received at PP Ramkot at 5:00 PM that one tractor bearing registration no PB54C/5633 being driven by the accused from Barnota towards Gucha Kalyal in rash and negligent driving hit a scooter which was being rrviven by Raj Mohd due to which scooterist died on spot. Police registered a case and after completion of investigation presented challan which was today decided by Judicial Magistrate Billawar Pooja Gupta who after hearing Senior PO JP Singh awarded one year imprisonment and fine Rs 3000/- to Raj Kumar driver of tractor. |
