JAMMU, Nov 20: Trained under the guidance of coaches from within and outside the state, the J&K shuttlers look confident of improved show in the 60th National School Games under-14 Badminton starting tomorrow at different venues, here. "Both boys and girls teams are upbeat to take on the visiting opponent sides in the competition ahead. Comparatively, the girls have better prospects," coach of the state teams, Jyoti Thakur said. Earlier, the nine-member teams, including four girls, underwent a 15-day long camp held at Badminton Hall of the District Police Lines (DPL), here. The Teams: Boys: Amir Ishfaq Ahmed, Sayam Sharma, Ritik Anand, Subkirat Singh and Ruchar Agarwal. Girls: Naman Magotra, Bhawani Dalpatia, Nupur Mahajan and Ridham. |
