Vikram promises improved infrastructure, better amenities 11/21/2014 10:55:20 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 21: Congress candidate from Jammu East constituency and General Secretary JKPCC Vikram Malhotra on Friday promised to transform the developmental landscape of his constituency, saying focus would be laid on improving road network, sanitation, health and hygiene besides civic amenities. According to press release, Vikram Malhotra visited Panjthirthi, KhiloniaWaligali and other areas and addressed the local residents and party workers. He also visited Tawi Banks near Panjthirthi. While, addressing the gathering he said that regulated power and drinking water supply were his core priorities.
