Jammu, Nov 21: Consumer Welfare Association (CWA) has expressed concern over deteriorating BSNL services, in a meeting with General Manager, BSNL Atul Sharma Call dropping, not reachable, all lines busy, network congestion, 3G not working, poor network coverage, non-delivery of bills, over billing etc were the problems being faced by the consumers/users of BSNL. The members including Vikram Gaur, President CWA, BM Kohli, Gen. Secy, Chander P Sharma Secy and Ashok Arora asked Atul Sharma, G M, BSNL as to how soon users can get a relief from these everyday problems. The General Manager admitted that these problems did exist to some extent but the problems have been aggravated because of unprecedented floods in Kashmir Valley that resulted in damage to entire network in the valley. CWA informed GM that unless BSNL improves its working efficiency it will lose its clientele. In fact number of users of BSNL have already shifted to other IT companies. |
