PDP to establish system of development: Manyal 11/21/2014 10:57:26 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 21: Alleging that "lopsided" development policies pursued by NC government and sitting BJP MLA is responsible for "underdevelopment" of Block Raipur Domana of Jammu region, PDP candidate for Raipur Domana Chaman Lal Manyal today said if voted to power, his party will establish a system for development of all regions. PDP's visionary policies will change the destiny of the residents of Jammu and Kashmir. We are seeking mandate of the people to establish a new system where every region and sub-region will be brought on the map of development and socio-economic growth," Chaman Lal Manyal said while addressing an public meeting at Nardani area of Raipur Domana segment in which PDP leader and State Secy, ST/SC/OBC Badrinath was also present. He alleged that "backwardness" and "underdevelopment" in the upper reaches and far-off areas of Raipur Domana are glaring examples of "wrong" development policies propagated by successive NC state governments. Manyal claimed during the tenure of Mufti led PDP government, a comprehensive development plan was implemented in this "neglected" regions. "It is high time that residents of this belt, irrespective of caste, creed, colour, religion or ethnicity, should jointly struggle to get basic amenities," he said.
