State Pensioners Association criticizes State Govt over pending demands

Jammu, Nov 22: All J&K State Pensioner's Association (JKSPA) under the chairmanship of General Secretary on Saturday criticized the state government for not solving the problems of the pensioners. Addressing the media person, general secretary Madan Lai Abrol said the association is criticizing the state government has not taken serious step regarding Qutumn Pension to the retired persons after attaining the age of 80, 85, 90, 95, 100 yrs and above at the rate of 10, 20, 40 and 100 percent which has been given to the pensioners of Central Government in the year 2009, installment of sixth pay commission. He also said that the pensioners were ready to defeat them in the coming assembly election. The association stress upon the Chief Secretary of the state to release the DA 17percent advance. Association appealed to the all pensioners of the state, they should not vote to the coalition partner who are be fooling the pension for the last 6 years and ask them why the problem of the pensioners have not been solved yet.
