Early Times Report

Jammu, Nov 22: Senior PDP leader and candidate Jammu West constituency, Sarv Daman Bhasin, today kick-started campaigning in Ward number 8 and its adjoining locations to seek public mandate in his favour.
While campaigning, Bhasin launched scathing attack on the Omar Abdullah led coalition government that ruled state for six years for its failure to satisfy the aspirations of the people. Bhasin said that Omar Government has lost credibility saying -"the report card of this six year long coalition is before the public and as the public is real judge in democracy, let the public decide whom to vote and whom not". "The three year tenure of PDP Patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed as Chief Minister of the state from 2002-2005 is considered as golden in the history of Jammu and Kashmir as every sector witnessed all round development. So public will use it conscious and will vote for PDP in the Assembly elections", said Bhasin.
Bhasin was accompanied by senior PDP leader Sardar Rangeel Singh and Vinod Sharma. Rangeel Singh appealed voters to vote for the people friendly polices of PDP especially considering the massive upsurge in education sector during the three year long PDP rule in the state. Vinod Sharma highly appreciated the vision of Daman Bhasin for the people of Jammu and appealed voters to cast their vote in favour of PDP for his (Bhasin's) outlook for Jammu.
Others who were present with Bhasin during the campaigning process were R. K. Bali, Ashok Jogi, Puneet Jamwal, Vikas Bhatti, Ashok Jain, Geeta Thakur, Vijay Anand, Vikram Langeh, Sohan Singh, Chumapati and Ashutosh Kapoor.
