| KV Jourian celebrates Grand Parents Day | | |  Early Times Report

Grand Parents Day was celebrated at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jourian today in which grandparents of the children of the Vidyalaya participated. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Tehsildar, Jourian was the chief Guest on this occasion. Grandparents Day is celebrated in Kendriya Vidyalayas to eradicate the gap being felt between new generations towards old persons.
The grandparents were welcomed by Mohan Lal, Incharge Principal of the Vidyalaya. Young children of the Vidyalaya greeted their loved ones and presented various cultural items prepared by Deep Chander and other members of the staff, to welcome them. A Dance Competition and a quiz competition was also organized on this occasion. The old persons felt happy to receive respect and love from their young kids.
Rajesh Kumar Sharma appreciated the efforts made by the Vidyalaya staff to arrange and conduct this event with full enthusiasm. He also pledged an oath to participants of the event that they will execute their right of vote genuinely. |
