State BJP leaders not brief PM properly
11/23/2014 12:06:48 AM

Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 22: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally was impressive as par as strength is concerned but local leaders have failed to properly brief Prime Minister.
Thousands and thousands of people who thronged from far-flung and remotest areas of Doda, Kishtwar and Bhaderwah were expecting that Prime Minister would raise the issue of VDCs and last year's communal riots of Kishtwar but he skipped that two important issues.
It is believed that BJP leaders of the State have not properly brief the Prime Minister about issues in the region. Most of the state BJP leaders were more concerned about sycophancy of the Prime Minister rather than briefing him properly.
Attempts made by the present National Conference government to disband VDCs was the biggest issue in these three districts but there was no mention of this issue in Prime Minister's address. Similarly riots affected families were affecting that Prime Minister would announce some thing for them to heal their wounds but same was also missed. Credible sources in the BJP said that most of the BJP leaders during the function tried to have photograph with Narendra Modi but they were not concerned about wishes and aspirations of the residents of three districts who faced wrath of terrorism during the last two decades. Majority of the families belong to minority community in this region were hoping that Prime Minister would announce something for VDCs but their hopes were dashed by misdeeds of local BJP leaders.
