UDHAMPUR, Nov 23: Independent candidate from Udhampur constituency, Pawan Kumar Gupta today held campaign at several villages of the constituency.
Addressing the gathering, Gupta said that it should be a matter of pride for us that a huge percentage of people in our constituency are self employed. All we need is to give them rights tools for expansion. Welcoming an increasing no of youth in his team, he said that if elected, he will work to create superb quality infrastructure and try his level best to lure private investment to the town. Lamenting on how the youth find it impossible to get suitably employed , he said we must work to stop the brain drain from happening if we want to develop our constituency. He said that the town has huge potential for development. |
