Jammu, Nov 25: Minority Cell of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee today sought vote for Congress party, in a meeting held at Jagti Nagrota. According to press release, the meeting was held under leadership of ShadiLalPandita. The meeting was attended by office bearers and various youth of the area. Addressing the participants ShadiLalPandita has said that the Congress Party is the only Party committed to the welfare of the general masses as such has made an appeal to the general masses of the state in general and Migrant community in Particular to vote and support Congress candidates in the ensuing elections to assure success of the party to the J&K State Legislature. Pandita has further said that during the period of Ghulam Nabi Azad remained Chief Minister of J&K, the State experienced mass development including hilly areas. "As such Pandita has appealed the general masses to vote and support Congress party so that Gh. Nabi Azad comes to full power", he said, appealing the Migrant voters to support Congress candidates for Habbakadal, Sonawar, Srinagar, Baramulla, Sopore, Sangrama to ensure their success. Various youth from Migrant Camp Nagrota joined PCC Minority Cell in presence of SL Pandita. |
