Kathua, Nov 26 : Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kathua has organized "theme based Awareness and Education Programme" on SVEEP, Youth Empowerment, Social Development, Health, Employment, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at community hall, Koota.
According to press release, over 85 participants both male and female took part in this camp from different walks of the society. Resource persons from Social Welfare Department, JKEDI, Social Organizations delivered lecture and highlights various govt. schemes pertaining to Welfare of SC,ST, Weaker sections, handicapped, old age persons, Self- employment Schemes of JK EDI, Employment Department etc.
Youth Coordinator, Som Datt Zard, discussions were focused on Youth Empowerment through Formation of Youth Club, Role of Youth Club in Youth welfare, social, economic, sports, cultural developmental activities etc. |
