Pawan Gupta continues election campaigning process 11/26/2014 11:29:04 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Nov 26: Independent candidate from Udhampur constituency, Pawan Kumar Gupta continued his election tour and re-iterated his slogan of "insaaf aur insaaniyat, vikas ke saath." He said that corruption has rendered the entire system completely hollow. He said that sadly "industry" of transfers and looting of funds is going on, unabashedly. He appealed the people to vote for change and not let their children suffer in this heart wrenching political situation. He said that sun has not risen in Udhampur from the past 12 years. He said a serious vision is needed to uplift this town from shackles of darkness and indifference. He further said that we must work together in saving the constituency from ruining itself and for the future of our children. Targeting BJP candidate, he said that if BJP wants to make a change in the state, the it cant field candidates with no grass root connect whatsoever.
