HC grants SBK 12 weeks' time in Srinagar boy's killing case 11/26/2014 11:34:50 PM S Sabaqat Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Nov 26: The High Court has granted Police's Crime Branch Kashmir 12 weeks time while asking it to take all steps to take the investigating into the killing of teenager Tufail Mattoo to logical conclusion. The directions in this regard were issued a by a single bench of the court comprising Justice D S Thakur after crime branch filed an application, seeking 12 weeks more time for completing the investigation. In February this year, the court had entrusted the investigation to CBK after SIT of police failed bring the investigation to its logical conclusion.
