RS Pura, Dec 17: Former Chief Secretary, Former Minister, MLC and independent Candidate of R.S Pura for Assembly B R Kundal while conducting his poll campaign today urged the people that they should rise above politics and must serve society, state without keeping any political ambition or vote bank politics. While addressing several gatherings at Kirpind, Khour, Simbal Camp, Miran Sahib, Tindey, R.S. Pura and other adjoining villages of R.S Pura Constituency, Kundal said, "There is an urgent need to bring honest and talented leaders to uplift the level of politics and politicians must understand the meaning of politics and people must be exploited on the name of religion, caste, color and creed." He said politics is a duty and responsibility to take care of people and their grievances. He further said that politics should not be used as a tool to grind their own axe by keeping people's welfare at stake. "I am contesting in the elections as an independent candidate to make a way of development in this border belt constituency" he reiterated. Meanwhile Sarpanchs, Panchs, locals hailed visiting leader Kundal for his continuous efforts in overall development of people and constituency. He appealed people to bring change in the R S Pura constituency and said that there is need of change as people are fed up of false promises made by successive MLAs.
