Residents of Kotli block Bhaderwah-Doda road against PDD 12/18/2014 12:25:06 AM Early Times Report bhaderwah, Dec 17: The residents of village Kotli of Bhaderwah held a protest demonstration and blocked the Doda -Bhaderwah road for sometime in the morning against Power Development Department (PDD) for not repairing the damaged transformer. According to press release, dozens of people from village Kotli including women and children assembled on Doda -Bhaderwah road near village and held protest demonstration and also burnt the tires to show their resentment .
